Huahang stainless steel sintered mesh filter discs are manufactured from multiple layers of precision-woven stainless steel wire mesh that are laminated in a specific sequence and permanently bonded through a high-temperature vacuum sintering process. During sintering, each contact point between the wire meshes is metallurgically fused into a single, rigid structure, creating a uniform porous material with excellent mechanical strength and consistent filtration performance. The sintered sheet is then precision stamped or laser cut into round filter discs to meet a wide range of industrial filtration requirements.

Compared with ordinary woven wire mesh discs, a sintered mesh filter disc offers a much more stable pore structure. The carefully designed multilayer construction forms interconnected gradient pores that allow fluids or gases to pass through smoothly while capturing particles throughout the entire depth of the material rather than only on the surface. This depth filtration mechanism provides higher dirt-holding capacity, reduces the risk of premature clogging, and helps maintain a more stable pressure drop during long-term operation.

Because all mesh layers are permanently bonded together, the filter disc will not suffer from mesh shifting, deformation, or changes in filtration accuracy that can occur with conventional single-layer wire mesh.
