Sintered Filter Disc / Sintered Leaf Filter

Huahang stainless steel sintered filter disc and sintered leaf filter element are integrated porous filtration materials formed by subjecting multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh to high-temperature vacuum sintering (diffusion bonding). The stainless steel sintered mesh materials have several features, such as high micron rating, uniform porosity, and high-temperature resistance. While maintaining the uniformity of the mesh pores, this sintered structure significantly enhances the mechanical strength and stability of the filter, making it an ideal solution for high-precision industrial filtration.

The sintered wire mesh filter disc can easily remove hard and solid impurities, is suitable for high viscosity melts, and can be washed and reused. Compared to ordinary single-layer metal mesh, multi-layer sintered metal mesh establishes metallurgical bonds at the contact points; this endows the sintered mesh disc filter with a more stable pore structure, superior pressure resistance, and a longer service life.
